How to request a refund
Email support@owlary.com from the address you used to purchase, or include your Paddle order / transaction ID. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method; you may also contact Paddle’s buyer support directly. Refunds typically take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
After a refund
We will be straight with you about something most sellers leave vague: your license key is verified offline, inside your browser, and we keep no database of buyers. That means we have no technical way to switch your key off after a refund, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
So the ask is simply this: if you take the refund, stop using Premium. The free core features keep working as always, exactly as they did before you paid.
