Open the Extensions menu
Click the puzzle-piece icon in the top-right corner of Chrome, next to the address bar.

Pin Open Graph Tester
Find Open Graph Tester in the list and click the pin icon next to it. The icon will stay on your toolbar.

Click the icon to open the side panel
On any page, click the Open Graph Tester icon. The side panel shows how the link will look on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Telegram and Slack, and it updates on its own whenever you reload or switch tabs.
Works on localhost
Check your pages while you build them. No deploy, no public URL needed.
Other sites: allow once
The first time you open the panel on a new domain, click Allow this domain. After that it works silently, even behind a login.
Nothing leaves your browser
The extension reads the page you are looking at and talks only to that page's server. No accounts, no tracking.
